4. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

- We notify the user or partner involved, who may submit a Counter-Notice (see below).
- We keep a record of all valid copyright notices.
5. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice that includes:
- Your full name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the content removed and its previous location (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (e.g., your country or province/state).

If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within 10 business days.
6. Repeat Infringement Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violations of intellectual property law may also result in permanent account bans.
7. Misuse of the DMCA Process
